Jason Rodgers has spent his entire 27 years as a music educator in Woodburn, Oregon, 25 of which were spent teaching band and choir at Valor Middle School. His experiences during the pandemic led him to explore music production as a way to engage students. Embracing this new direction, he earned a Career and Technical Education (CTE) endorsement and transitioned to teaching music and podcast production. In 24-25, Jason launched the Digital Audio Production program at Woodburn High School, where he empowers students through industry-relevant skills in audio engineering, music technology, and storytelling through sound.
