Specifications

The desired formats are listed below:

  1. PDF file (exact ad dimensions, high res only)
  2. Jpg file (high res 600dpi at 100% only)
  3. Photoshop tif, (high res file at 100%)

Regarding logo/image/any graphic file Requirements

  • We only accept electronic files. Please provide high-resolution .jpg, .eps, or .tif files.
  • Email the file(s) to executivedirector@oregonmea.org (and if possible, zip them to make attachments smaller).
  • Send the electronic files as an attachment.
  • In the body of the email, include the name of your company, your phone number, and contact information.
  • State which publication your ad is for and which ad/size/placement you paid for.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation that we’ve received your ad, please contact us within two (2) days.

Oregon Music Educator Journal

The journal is distributed to approximately 5300 members via e-mail, and is posted at https://issuu.com/oregonmea, our OMEA Facebook page, and the OMEA website (this site).

Fall Submission Deadline: October 1st. The Fall publication is mailed out by the last week of October.
Spring Submission Deadline: April 1st. The Spring publication is mailed out by the last week of April.

Annual All State Concert Program

The All-State Program is a run of 3750 (black & white) copies distributed to eleven All-State concerts, as well as posted at https://issuu.com/oregonmea and this website.

Guidebook Sponsorship

Guidebook is a mobile app which manages our conference schedule, exhibit and event space maps, advertisements, bios and photos of our presenters, and more! Since our attendees’ attention is focused on their mobile apps, visitors will interact with the app to look up schedules, make to-do lists, and find their way around on interactive maps.

It has replaced our printed conference program and the session schedule booklet.

Here’s the data the app will collect:

  • Banner views – How many impressions did the sponsor receive?
  • Banner clicks – How many impressions converted into interested leads?
  • Content interactions – How many users interacted with sponsored content in the app?
  • Polls & Surveys – Solicited feedback gives your sponsors the unique opportunity to ask targeted questions and collect contact information on their leads.

30-60 second pre-recorded promotional video for your business.

The Virtual Scavenger Hunt is an optional activity that you and your business can choose to participate in. You can advertise a prize (that you provide) to the attendees in your notifications and/or in your Sponsor Listing information. Possible items could be a coupon/discount to your store, a physical item they could win that you would ship to them, etc.

The video sponsored session – more details to come on exactly which session(s) can/will be available to be sponsored.

Inbox and push notifications – email the exact script/message you wish to be sent out to attendees in the body of the email or attached as a word document. Provide a message title and body. The message title cannot exceed 80 characters, including spaces. The message body cannot exceed 1024 characters, including spaces. You can include web address URLs in the message body. Both notifications can be scheduled in advance and delivered at any time during the conference – please include your preferred time/date for each message to be delivered.

Guidebook Sponsorship Tiers

PLATINUM TIER ($500)

The Platinum Tier includes the following:

  • Banner Ad – Scrolling ad at the bottom of the screen whenever attendees are viewing the app or website
  • Sponsor Listing – Name, logo, hyperlink to website, description of business
  • Sponsor Card (called a Badge Icon last year) – fixed logo and their business name listed on the left side menu of the app
  • Video Sponsored Session – Business submits a pre-recorded 30 – 45 second video clip to promote their business to be played at the start of the sponsored session.
  • Push Notifications (up to 3 during the conference)- pop up message (like a text message banner) while attendees are in the app to send announcements (promotions, link to website, etc.)
  • Inbox Notifications (up to 3 during the conference)- Longer messages, like an email, sent to the attendees’ Guidebook app inbox
  • Virtual Scavenger Hunt (optional) – Sponsors can opt to participate in a virtual scavenger hunt using a QR code. Sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize of their own (digital gift card, coupons, etc.)

GOLD TIER ($400)

The Gold Tier includes the following:
