District contest result deadline: March 18, 2025.
Registration and Fee Payment Window opens: March 31, 2025.
Deadline for registration and payment: April 9, 2025.
Final Schedule: April 18, 2025.
Contest @ Mt. Hood Community College: May 2, 2025
Registration & Payment
- Directors will be receiving an email with registration information on or before March 31, 2025.
- The REGISTRATION & PAYMENT deadline will be Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
- The cost is $45 per entry and is paid via Opus, checks and purchase orders are not accepted.
- Ensembles will be replaced by alternates if payment is not received by the deadline.
- Alternates will be contacted Thursday, April 10, 2025 with registration & payment due by Monday, April 14, 2025.
Notes to Teachers & Performers
- Remind your group(s) to bring their completed Performance Information Sheet. They should bring it to their Performance Room Chair at LEAST 10 minutes before performance time.
- All equipment/instrument needs must have already been communicated. If you need it, bring it.
- Adjudication forms will be available for pickup in the Auditorium lobby after your last group has been tabulated.
- Warm-up space is at a premium – please share.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PLAYING OUTSIDE. This could be a DQ offense.
