Registration & Payment
- Directors will be receiving an email with registration information on or before March 18, 2024,
- The REGISTRATION & PAYMENT deadline will be Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
- The cost is $45 per entry and is paid via Opus, checks and purchase orders are not accepted.
- Ensembles will be replaced by alternates, if payment is not received by the deadline.
- Alternates will be contacted Thursday, April 4, 2024 with registration & payment due by Monday, April 8, 2024.
Notes to Teachers & Performers
- Remind your group(s) to bring their completed Performance Information Sheet. They should bring it to their Performance Room Chair at LEAST 10 minutes before performance time.
- All equipment/instrument needs must have already been communicated. If you need it, bring it.
- Adjudication forms will be available for pickup in the Auditorium lobby after your last group has been tabulated.
- Warm-up space is at a premium – please share.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PLAYING OUTSIDE. This could be a DQ offense.
