Ritmo y Alma: A Latin Jazz Celebration brings together the PSU Vocal Collective and Jazz Band for their third annual collaborative concert. This program explores the rich traditions of Latin and Brazilian jazz, drawing repertoire from Cuba, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico. Highlighting the rhythmic vitality, expressive depth, and cross-cultural influences that define these genres, the performance features newly commissioned and arranged works that showcase PSU students alongside faculty and distinguished guest artists from the surrounding community.
