Specifications
The desired formats are listed below:
- PDF file (exact ad dimensions, high res only)
- Jpg file (high res 600dpi at 100% only)
- Photoshop tif, (high res file at 100%)
Regarding logo/image/any graphic file Requirements
- We only accept electronic files. Please provide high-resolution .jpg, .eps, or .tif files.
- Email the file(s) to executivedirector@oregonmea.org (and if possible, zip them to make attachments smaller).
- Send the electronic files as an attachment.
- In the body of the email, include the name of your company, your phone number, and contact information.
- State which publication your ad is for and which ad/size/placement you paid for.
- If you do not receive a confirmation that we’ve received your ad, please contact us within two (2) days.

Oregon Music Educator Journal
The journal is distributed to approximately 10,000 teachers, students, and families via e-mail, and is posted at https://issuu.com/oregonmea, our OMEA Facebook page, and the OMEA website (this site).
Fall Submission Deadline: October 1st. The Fall publication is mailed out by the last week of October.
Spring Submission Deadline: April 1st. The Spring publication is mailed out by the last week of April.
